Almost perfect for a small office.

I have two of these in my small office. After dealing with faulty OEM toner that made one printer unusable, I thought it was dead. Now one is on a subscription ink service, and I buy toner for the other locally. 1) The subscription is convenient—you get a new toner right when the old one starts running low—but it's probably not the best fit for light users. 2) Fax over VoIP simply doesn't work, no matter what you try. Just get a fax app and save your paper.
