Not as I expected.

This computer arrived missing one of its support pads, so it doesn't sit level and rocks back and forth every time I try to use it. I chose the pricier option thinking it would be in the best shape, and I assumed 'refurbished' meant thoroughly checked top to bottom. Clearly that's not the case here. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed.
