Specs are right, laptop was like new condition. no problems at all.

As an IT administrator, I had very specific requirements for a laptop for my kid, and this one checked every box. I felt I should leave a real review because of the negative ones. The laptop arrived in like-new condition with a fresh Windows install and all specs were exactly as described. The bloatware people mention is just Windows 11, not Dell or the reseller. Everything worked perfectly, including the USB-C power plug. I'm 100% satisfied. I took a gamble given the bad reviews, but it worked flawlessly right out of the box.
