Had to retun the product

The computer ran flawlessly on day one, but the next day it claimed there was no valid Windows license or activation key, and it essentially locked up until I reinstalled Windows. I tried to download Windows 11, but Microsoft's site said the processor wasn't compatible, making the laptop useless since I specifically bought it for Windows 11. The return process was smooth and hassle-free. Aside from that, I was really impressed with it at first.

I was extremely let down by the condition of these units. They arrived filthy, without any original packaging, and were covered in visible scratches. Not a professional experience at all.
