When you buy an item, you expect the item to be clean.

The PC I received was filthy and didn't even include any documentation. The packaging was a mess too.

Well that didn't work

Out of the box, it looked fantastic. The initial setup was a breeze. But then the WiFi stopped working out of nowhere. I followed all the troubleshooting steps, but the WiFi option was simply gone. Since I have no other way to connect to the internet, I tried searching for extended solutions on my phone. Eventually, I concluded that something must have come loose during shipping. The return process was smooth and hassle-free, but now I'm torn—should I order another one or look for something else? I really loved the large monitor. My advice: buy one and get the extended protection plan. If it works, it's great; if not, you can get your money back.
