Compare prices for Dell Dell XPS 13 9370 Computers

My wife bought the same model from another seller and it works great. So I got this one for my son heading to college, but I purchased from J-Tech Digital. The hard drive started failing after 4 months and was completely dead by month 9. J-Tech told me to contact Dell, but the laptop was already out of Dell's 1-year warranty a full month before I even bought it from J-Tech. Initially, J-Tech blamed my son. After many emails and complaints, they agreed to replace the hard drive. We shipped it back, but it came back with the same issue. Even worse, they refused to help further because their one-year warranty had expired while they were working on it. I'm completely shocked. I'd warn all buyers to be extremely cautious with J-Tech — expect poor service and incompetence if something goes wrong.

I bought this laptop for college, and after a year and a half, the battery is completely dead. It won't turn on unless plugged in. The failure happened suddenly while studying. Before that, battery life was only 3-4 hours. On the plus side, the laptop looks great and the touchscreen works flawlessly, though I rarely use it. Overall, it's overpriced for what you get. If the battery hadn't failed, I'd be happier. I'll probably replace it with a cheaper, more reliable alternative.
