Great app and easy learning!

1st startup failure for a brand new one

I ordered a brand new unit, but what arrived was clearly used. On the very first power-up, I got multiple hardware errors—IMU failure, gimbal disconnection, sensor faults, and a message saying parts are missing. The drone has never flown, and both the aircraft and RC 2 are fully charged and connected. I’m asking for a replacement because this is just defective.
