I-7 computer refurbished

The computer works well out of the box, but the description said DDR4 RAM and included WiFi/Bluetooth—it came with DDR3 and no WiFi. The price was slightly lower, which made up for it, and I added a WiFi adapter. Overall, a solid machine for the money, but the specs were misleading.

Terrible experience so far. The package arrived without any documentation or the wireless adapter needed to get online. It's been nearly two weeks since I reported it, and I'm still waiting for the missing parts. Very disappointed with the follow-through.
