I'm really not impressed with this laptop. It's significantly slower than my old HP, and the Wi-Fi connection is constantly dropping. I was hoping for an upgrade, but so far, it's been a frustrating experience.

The product itself is fantastic and delivers excellent performance, but the user interface feels a bit restricted. For instance, I wasn't even able to customize my profile name during the setup. Aside from those software quirks, the display is bright and it's a great value for the money.
