Don't buy a laptop on Amazon!

This was my first purchase on Amazon, and honestly, it's been a nightmare. My old Microsoft Surface lasted over 10 years—I bought it directly from the store. Since the local store closed, I ordered this laptop on Amazon back in January. By June, just six months in, the screen started freezing and I got boot errors. I contacted Amazon, and they told me to ship it back for repair. I had to pay $70 for shipping. Now they want me to pay another $70 just to get it delivered back to me. Never buying electronics from Amazon again!
