Check the power cord first!

The monitor arrived with a power cord that didn't fit. Unfortunately, the only way to get a replacement cord is to return the entire unit — which I did, but it's still pending. The seller's customer service is terrible. They keep insisting they don't offer exchanges, and they warned me that returns will be inspected before any refund. I'm a fan of Acer; my previous Acer monitor has been great, which is why I chose this one. That's also why I'm giving two stars instead of one. But overall, the buying experience has been really frustrating.
