Missing parts and terrible customer service

Seriously, avoid this seller. I picked up a refurbished iPad bundle, but it arrived with half the items missing. It's been three weeks now, and I'm still stuck waiting for the rest of my order. Save yourself the headache and your cash—look elsewhere.

This iPad is almost unusable. The screen responsiveness is terrible; I have to press down really hard and tap multiple times just to get an app to open.
