Died without use

I bought the 14 Pro Max as a gift around late December 2025 or early January and shipped it to Nepal. When it arrived, the phone wouldn't turn on at all. I contacted Best Buy first, and they told me to reach out to the third-party seller. That seller never replied, and the case was automatically closed without any help. Neither Best Buy nor the seller has offered a solution or refund yet.
