I bought a 14 Pro Max around December 2025 or early January as a gift and shipped it to Nepal. When it arrived, it was dead on arrival. I contacted Best Buy, and they redirected me to the third-party seller. The seller never replied, and the case automatically closed with no resolution. Neither Best Buy nor the seller offered any help.
