Bad business

I bought this laptop for my cousin, but it was a total disaster. It arrived with a broken charger, and to make matters worse, the previous owner was still logged in! We couldn't bypass the password, so we sent it back. Now, they're withholding my refund, claiming we need to sign out of an account we never even had access to. Save yourself the headache and buy your refurbished gear elsewhere.
