I bought this Chromebook in November 2019 for my daughter to use in high school. Recently, it stopped accepting a charge from the AC adapter. I took it to Best Buy, where they tested a new adapter and performed a hard reset—turns out it's a hardware failure. I contacted Asus, but since it's out of warranty, they refused to help. I spent $500 on this piece of junk, and it didn't even last two years. Another disappointing, inferior electronic made in China. My advice: don't buy this product or any Asus product—they don't stand behind their products.
