Product is no good

This was a refurbished unit, but it only worked for a month! Now it's dead—battery won't charge, and I tested the cord on another device so it's fine. Took it to a repair shop and they said it's unfixable, a defective item. I want my money back.

Great on the go computer when working away from home

Really happy with this Chromebook. I hooked up an external keyboard, mouse, and monitor for remote work, and it works great. It's a bit laggy but not terrible. I can remote into work for software development and enjoy all the internet stuff. Battery life is fantastic—I can grab it and move to the couch to show my dad things online. One catch: you need an HDMI to USB converter to use an external monitor, and it only works on the right-hand port. Also logged in with my home Google account—feels like home away from home.
