Is the ASUS PG32UCDMR worth it?

Reviewers describe this class of ASUS 32-inch 4K QD-OLED as a superlative gaming monitor with speedy performance and a gorgeous picture, while noting it is expensive — but concluding there is nothing better among 32-inch 4K panels. Whether that premium is worth it depends on how much you value DisplayPort 2.1 and Dolby Vision. Checking the price history on Shopfox before buying helps you time a purchase on a monitor at this tier.

How does the ASUS PG32UCDMR prevent burn-in?

It uses a Neo Proximity Sensor together with the OLED Care Pro suite to proactively guard against burn-in and protect long-term panel health. An advanced custom heatsink provides additional cooling, which reduces burn-in likelihood and improves panel longevity. Together with the 3-year burn-in warranty, these are the model's main defences.

Is the ASUS PG32UCDMR covered for burn-in?

The PG32UCDMR comes with a 3-year warranty that includes burn-in coverage, matching the policy on other ASUS OLED monitors in the range. That coverage is a meaningful part of the value proposition on an OLED panel at this price tier. Warranty terms can differ by seller and region, so confirm on the listing before buying.

Best Monitor Period

Without a doubt, this is the best-looking and best-performing monitor you can buy. I've tried LG and Samsung monitors with similar specs and returned them all—none of them come close to the clarity and vibrancy of this ASUS display. Yes, the price is steep, but you won't regret it.
