Compare prices for ASUS ASUS TUF A18 Computers

Picked this up back in October 2025 and it's been a solid performer. The laptop runs hot—definitely grab a cooling pad or stand, don't let it sit on your lap. It's not overheating or anything, but the exhaust air is really warm. A fan pad handles it well. Gaming performance is top-notch, handles everything I throw at it. The built-in display looks good with nice colors but is a bit dim; I use an external monitor so it's not a big deal. My main complaint is the ridiculous amount of bloatware pre-installed, and one of those useless programs controls the keyboard backlight. That should be a hardware switch, not OS-level software. Once you clean that up, it's a well-built, powerful machine. Also, avoid the Intel Core i7/i9 13th and 14th gen models—those processors have known degradation issues. Replaced a gaming desktop with this laptop and it was a great move.
