Fraud at its finest

Don't recommend the company my self my brother and my daughter purchased these new from happy ranger all three were damaged non working company is claiming that at 3 are missing in transit there for they will not issue a refund fraud at its finest. Note: Arizona and Cali not all same location.. something doesn't add up
