Disappointed Techie

System not capable as advertised

I'm extremely frustrated that this laptop fails to meet its advertised specs. It was supposed to be upgradable to 64GB of RAM, but one bank is permanently soldered at 8GB, meaning the actual maximum is only 40GB. I'm returning this unit as soon as I can secure a temporary replacement elsewhere.
