Touch screen responsiveness is highly praised, with comments like 'touch features work wonderfully' and 'the touch is very responsive'. The monitor works well as intended for daily tasks and retail POS systems. One minor issue noted is occasional automatic audio switching to monitor speakers, but it is not considered a major performance flaw.

Design & Appearance

The 21.5-inch frameless design is appreciated for its size and suitability as a second monitor. However, the stand lacks vertical height adjustment, and the physical control buttons at the bottom are difficult to see and manipulate, leading to frustration. The overall appearance is clean but ergonomically limited.

Ease of Use

Initial setup is straightforward for basic use, but significant usability issues arise: the instructions fail to clearly explain that a USB cable is required for touch functionality, causing confusion and days of troubleshooting. The on-screen menu buttons are poorly designed and hard to operate. Several users reported difficulty enabling touch mode or adjusting settings due to inadequate documentation.
