The seller shipped a wrong camera lens

The camera bundle arrived with a mix of lenses, but the RF 24-105mm included is completely incompatible with the Canon EOS 5D body. I contacted customer service and was promised a resolution within 48 hours, yet three days have passed with no response. If this isn't sorted out by the end of the week, I'll be returning the whole package. I'm very let down by the seller's lack of reliability and Walmart's support.
