The unit actually leaves Dell as a 1TB/Windows 11 Home model, and the seller opens it up to do aftermarket upgrades themselves. To hide this, they glued a white label over the factory specs on the box. When I returned the unopened item, they charged me a $225 restocking fee. If you want a genuine factory-new 2TB machine, steer clear of this seller. Buy directly from Dell or a transparent seller instead.
