Faulty made tabs for screen connection to keyboar,

I really liked this laptop's performance at first, but the construction is a major letdown. The tabs connecting the screen to the base are incredibly flimsy. Even though I was extremely careful and used it sparingly, one of the internal hinges snapped. Now it’s permanently stuck open, and any attempt to close it starts tearing the screen apart. To make matters worse, it happened right after the return period ended. I invested a lot in this machine, and now I’m stuck with a broken product that can't be repaired or replaced. So frustrating!
