it died after a couple weeks and won't turn on.

I'm really frustrated with this purchase. The laptop crashed within the first few days, and it was a struggle just to get it to reboot. After spending hours over two weeks getting everything perfectly set up, it completely died and is now totally unresponsive. Even in its 'dead' state, the unit feels quite warm to the touch. I'm currently starting the return process and plan to buy a different model instead.
