Inaccurate Product Description of What You Will Receive

UPDATE: I bought a new power adapter and now the laptop charges to 100%. So the refurbisher clearly didn't test the unit properly. The included charger was way underpowered. The laptop itself looks decent and was well packaged, but I paid for the "excellent" condition and the battery won't go above 19%. Even the BIOS warned the charger is insufficient. This is not what was promised. Big letdown for the price. Caveat emptor.
