Lap top is defective, wasnt a good buy

This laptop has been a terrible purchase. It freezes randomly, restarts on its own, and takes forever to boot up. There's also a scary noise that sounds like it's about to explode — I have to shut it down immediately whenever that happens. I've only had it for less than a month. It keeps showing errors about the hard drive not being detected or failing. Battery life is also awful.
