I am beyond frustrated with this purchase. The battery won't hold a charge at all; the laptop has to be plugged into a wall outlet the entire time I'm using it. It's essentially a desktop now because I can't even take it to a park or a cafe without a constant power source. This completely defeats the purpose of having a portable device.
