Renewed product componets were not all there or accurately described.

The computer lacked a DVD drive, which I needed for loading program CDs and transferring data during backups. Also, it came with Windows 11 instead of the advertised Windows 10—I specifically wanted Windows 10. I used it for a few days to test it out, then immediately ordered a new Dell and started using that. I returned the Renewed unit on March 7 after confirming the new Dell was working properly, and wiped my personal data as requested. I checked the refund status on March 14 and was told it would take up to a month (until April 13) to process. That's completely unacceptable.
