Compare prices for Dell Dell OptiPlex 7000 Computers

Received the Dell 7000 SFF in excellent shape—it runs smoothly and looks pristine. However, when I checked the NVMe SSD, CrystalDiskInfo showed only 18% life left despite just 100+ hours of use and 686GB writes. That was the only hiccup; the system itself performs perfectly. I updated my review to reflect this. The unit was clean and packed very securely. Follow-up: reusecomputers.com sent me a replacement drive within a few days. Outstanding customer service!

Ever since I bought this computer, it's been nothing but trouble. It's incredibly slow, crashes constantly, and now it's completely useless. I only use it for Microsoft Office and basic web browsing—nothing heavy. Yet Office started crashing and timing out, and within two weeks, Word, Excel, and the rest just quit and refused to reopen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Office but got up to eight different errors. Then I attempted to reset the system (for the third time since purchase), but the computer said it couldn't modify the system, and both local and cloud resets failed. Now it's just a paperweight under my desk.
