I was really looking forward to this setup, but it was a total letdown. It was advertised as being in excellent refurbished condition, yet it took over four hours just to boot up for the first time. To make matters worse, I couldn't get any support from the seller or Best Buy. Once it finally did start, apps kept crashing or wouldn't open at all. I had no choice but to return it.
