Windows 11 deficient.

I was really disappointed to find out this computer can't be upgraded to Windows 11. That's a dealbreaker for me.

The computer itself is great, and the monitors have excellent resolution. However, the keyboard and mouse were really poor quality, so I swapped them out. I was also missing one of the monitor cables. After contacting customer service, they gave me a credit to cover the cost. That's why they still get a 5-star rating—they made it right.
