Oh my god, this computer is an absolute nightmare to use. It's so frustrating and annoying—I can't believe anyone would buy this junk.

Constant issues. So much so I have made a list over the past 8 months describing all the issues, I'd say ~40% of the issues are related to windows itself but still.• Spent roughly 20 hours off and on over 4 weeks after getting computer trying to get computer to run ok○ Completely had to wipe computer and reinstall old operating system because audio and microphone was not working at all, had to work with IT on this• Randomly on restarts apple keyboard (and thus mouse) will not connect, have to spend 10 minutes playing with things to get it to work• OneDrive should backup at the end of the day or when computer not in use, causes tons of issues with speed, loading, server connection• Hardware not compatible with Solidworks, something prevents scaling to work properly causing things to be very hard to see, spent at least 6 hours over 2 months trying to fix this off and on with SW vendor and couldn't fix• Computer only has USB-C connections, have to carry around adapter, can't use mouse and power HDMI adapter• Computer cannot power HDMI adapter, has to plug in and thus can't connect mouse (other laptops can)• Can't block emails from certain people?Many issues with the docking station• Solidworks majorly glitching out randomly• Solidworks tabs randomly won't open when clicking on them• CREO won't open through tab bar, have to search then open• CREO doesn't load directory and personalized settings almost every time• Computer randomly changed Kenesto directory from main files to test• Monitors randomly shut off for 5 seconds twice in a row (not while installing update)• Monitors scales changed and settings all broken after reconnecting computer after a meeting• Solidworks one morning would not load multiple critical files needed for customer during a meeting, but would open everything else (restarted 3x, checked for updates, nothing worked)• Notifications not working on both teams and outlook (fixed with IT, missed several meetings and messages)• Randomly did not receive 2x emails from President of company checked deleted, spam, completely did not receive• CREO 11 not able to change directory as needed• Printer not working when connecting at first• Printer again not working randomly• Email not able to send files to vendor• Weekly updates with windows, hub driver, NVIDIA, chrome• Computer during restart had fan on for 20+ minutes, could not turn on, attempted hard restart 4x times before getting it to turn on, then had issues getting it to connect to monitors• Major issue with Solidworks blinking out and jerking around in assemblies all the time, HP computer does not have this issue• One note chart not working right and jumping around constantly during meetings while connected to the TV• Mouse Logitech hot keys suddenly 3x in a row lost all my settings after working fine for 6 months○ Had to uninstall app and create an account to fix• Issues with OOO emails not working right for Kelly and I• Laptop got extremely hot in my backpack on work trip, thought it might catch on fire• Battery life is abysmal• Every time I uninstall Adobe after a day it automatically re-installs○ Just want to simply open PDFs without Adobe barraging me to buy stuff• 3D mouse super laggy randomly while using Bluetooth• Computer would not boot/turn on for 20 minutes one morning• Randomly glitched out and shut down multiple applications, lost sharing screen and video while in an important meeting with a customer• Teams won't show notifications unless it is running, submitted IT ticket but never really got fixed (never had issues with this on any other windows platform)• Many issues printing to the printer, wont print right size, will specify color and it still prints in black and white○ Have to manually set to print on a certain tray because when you print 'letter' it says it doesn’t have the paper and you have to manually go set it• 12/1/2025 Left monitor would not work for 20 minutes, finally turned unplugged power and it worked finally• Culligan AI cloud warning showing several times a day• Screen saver error, never happened before, got to work 2x in a row and this>>>>• When searching 'add or remove apps' in settings it says no results○ Then in the search bar it shows it, didn't used to have this issue• Mouse randomly started lagging and jerking around, even while charging 12/5/25Fan constantly on high no matter what I do, even while not running any apps
