The disk is painfully slow – it takes 7 minutes and 30 seconds just to get Chrome usable after powering on. It also crashes sporadically. I missed the return window, so I'm stuck with it, being careful not to rely on it for anything important.

The computer wouldn't boot at all. Plus, it doesn't have native NVMe support—they added a PCIe card to make it work. The description should have mentioned this, as it makes a big difference. Too many red flags with this purchase, so I'm sending it back for a full refund.
