Many things malfunctioning

The laptop is blazing fast, but it's missing a critical component – the graphics card isn't recognized. I tried installing drivers, but nothing worked. Now I'll have to pay to get it fixed. The battery life is terrible, and the speakers sound distorted. The store offered me a 10% discount as compensation – a real insult. Not recommended.
