This is way too expensive for what it is, and it doesn't even have a touchscreen. I really regret buying it.

MAJOR CURSOR ISSUES, BRAND NEW COMPUTER

This cursor keeps freezing – I can't even use the machine. I had an IT guy run all the updates and upgrade the RAM to 16GB, thinking it might help, but no luck. I've spent over $300 on data transfers, another $100 on RAM, not to mention hours on the phone and travel time.
