I ordered a model listed on Walmart.com, but received a different model. I chose the "contact the seller" option %26 they never replied. The delay in receiving what I want and the inconvenience of needing to return the large item caused my low rating.

Very SLOW with Windows 11

Extremely disappointing. It runs noticeably slower than the 12-year-old Dell Studio (with Windows 10) it replaced. The integrated graphics are a joke.
