Compare prices for Dell Dell XPS 9720 Computers

This is hands down the worst laptop I've ever owned. I bought it in 2023, and by 2026 I had already given up and recycled it after very little use. The problems are endless: aggressive bloatware, only a single USB-C port, an absolutely terrible touchpad, and zero support from customer service. I spent days trying to get the touchpad to work. This laptop has glowing reviews, but they're completely misleading. I'd buy any other laptop before touching another Dell XPS.

I've had this laptop for three years and it's excellent. The RAM is expandable to 64GB (I've done that), and you can install a second internal drive — with two 4TB drives, you get 8TB of storage. The only downside is battery life; it lasts less than an hour unplugged, but that's fine for me since I use it on my desk. The touchscreen is fantastic, and I use the GPU for AI calculations. With all its features, this is a notebook built for the long haul. If you choose it, you won't be disappointed!
