Hisense U65QF or TCL QM8K - which should you buy?

The QM8K counters with higher peak brightness and more dimming zones at a premium; the U65QF wins on price-per-inch with full 144Hz console compatibility. Home-theater enthusiasts stretch to the TCL; value-first gamers take the Hisense. Compare both on Shopfox with price history before deciding.

Is the Hisense U6 series worth buying?

Yes for picture-per-dollar — the U6 line's Mini-LED backlight and quantum-dot color deliver brightness and contrast tiers above its price, with PCMag calling the 65U65QF a bright, beautiful TV at a budget-friendly price. Smart-platform preference (Fire TV) is the main taste call. Compare U6 sizes on Shopfox.

How much does the Hisense U65QF cost?

The U65QF currently lists at $637.90 on Shopfox — strong value for a 65-inch Mini-LED 144Hz TV, undercutting big-brand equivalents by hundreds. Hisense sets discount steadily through the year, so check the U65QF price history on Shopfox to buy a dip rather than the sticker.

Hisense 65" U6 Series

The picture and sound are absolutely stunning—I'm already telling all my friends to grab a Hisense!

Bets bang for your buck at this price.

I was shopping for a 55-inch Mini LED QLED UHD 4K TV and compared the Hisense U7 and U6. Turns out the U7 is basically the same except for a higher peak brightness (6,000 vs 1,000 nits) and a bit more speaker wattage—differences you won't really notice in real use. This U6 already has a base speaker and two mid-range speakers that sound amazing and plenty loud, so no need for a soundbar. The picture quality is identical to the U7, just with lower peak brightness, but it's still bright enough and sounds incredible. For $250 less, you're getting a fantastic deal. The picture, colors, and audio are all top-notch. Comparable brands with similar performance cost a lot more. Honestly, this is the best value for the money.
