Not "renewed"

The listing promised at least 80% battery health, but I can't even squeeze an hour of use before it dies. HP's own diagnostic shows the battery at 74% full charge, and it took three hours to "fully" charge. There are literal crumbs stuck in the hinges, and the whole laptop reeks of cigarette smoke. Honestly, it feels like someone grabbed this from a garage sale and shipped it out. When I first turned it on, the system wasn't even reset—it was already set up with someone else's account. I'm disputing the purchase and filing a consumer complaint. Do not buy this.
