Defective keyboard/Doesn’t light up!!!

I received a PC with a defective keyboard that doesn’t light up. Instead of just replacing the keyboard, Amazon insists I return the entire machine. As a disabled woman with mobility issues, I already struggled to set it up for my son, and now they want me to dismantle everything and ship it back—it's huge and heavy. This is how they treat long-time Prime members? Absolutely unacceptable. Amazon has grown too big to care about the customers who make them billions. Any company partnering with them should seriously consider other options. I hope they go bankrupt. Unbelievable. I'm beyond disappointed.
