Compare prices for HP HP Pavilion 15 Computers

Total garbage! I bought this laptop with a protection plan, and the description clearly said it was brand new. It arrived today, looked good at first, so I followed the setup instructions — plug it in first since they say it already has some battery charge. But when I checked the battery icon, it wasn't charging even though it was plugged into a working outlet. I ran HP's own diagnostic, and their support told me the battery needs replacing because the PC and battery are too old to be under warranty. So much for 'new'! Returning this immediately and expecting a full refund.
