Complete Fiasco

This has been an absolute nightmare. I was initially told by the sales agent that these machines came with a 1TB hard drive, but they arrived with only 500GB. Since then, trying to return them has been a total fiasco. Multiple collection dates were scheduled, and every single time, the courier failed to show up or arrived without the promised labels. I've spoken to five different agents now, and I'm still stuck with machines that aren't what I ordered. The lack of coordination is unbelievable.
