Dead on Arrival

This computer was a total brick right out of the box. My son has a disability, and by the time we managed to get someone over to help him with the setup, the 14-day return window had already closed. Even the Best Buy technicians couldn't diagnose the issue. Best Buy refused to offer any help or a refund, leaving us completely out of pocket. Honestly, this feels like a scam.
