These headphones are decent for multipurpose listening. They work via Bluetooth or wired for studio mode, and have a built-in mic. They fit comfortably over the ears, but the ear cups aren't wide enough to fully cover medium to large ears, so there's sound leakage even though they sit snugly. For full immersion, I have to press my hands against the sides. The auto noise cancellation (ANC) seems tuned mostly for vocal frequencies, so most ambient noise bleeds through. The small ear cups make it worse. They're expensive for what you get — I've had better experiences with headphones half the price. The hard case is nice, with a Velcro mesh pocket inside for accessories. The ear cups fold flat, making the case slim and easy to carry. They feel durable and lightweight, and both the headphones and case look decent. I use them for music and voice — the sound quality is comparable to some of my pricier headphones. I like that the volume control on the right ear cup is easy to access and clearly labeled. The power button glows blue when on. The left cup has a single button that announces whether ANC is on or off. Oddly, the Bluetooth indicator light sits right next to the ANC button and glows red when connected. Charging is via USB-C on the bottom of the left cup. A very short USB-A to USB-C cable came with it; I used my own longer cable for a tight fit and fast charging. Setup is straightforward, but for this price I'd expect more features. I can use them wired directly to a DAW for studio work, and for online multiplayer gaming there's no audio lag with the wired connection. A gold-colored 1/4-inch adapter was included for the short audio cable, which helps with professional stage gear. Of course, I ended up using my own better-quality stereo mini cable. As for longevity, I'll update this review after more time.

These headphones totally surprised me at first — in a good way. Kali Audio wasn't on my radar, but the sound quality from these drivers is way better than the price tag suggests. Clear, punchy, and detailed enough that I found myself comparing them to the Apple AirPods Max. They don't quite match up, but they get closer than they have any right to at this price. That part is genuinely impressive. Sound Quality: The drivers are the clear highlight. Audio reproduction is crisp and dynamic, with a clarity and punch that really caught me off guard. For budget studio monitoring or critical listening, the sound performance alone is worth noting. Build Quality: This is where the excitement fades. The headphones are light and comfortable for long sessions, but the plastic housing feels cheap and flimsy. Worse, sound leakage is significant — anyone nearby can hear what you're playing, which is a real problem in shared spaces or public settings. Noise Cancelling: Equally disappointing. The passive isolation from the over-ear design helps a bit, but the active noise cancellation barely does anything. There's no that 'eardrum seal' feeling you get from effective ANC — pressing the noise cancelling button makes no noticeable difference in real-world use compared to something like the AirPods Max. Overall: The audio quality is a genuine achievement for the price, and in a better housing it would be an easy recommendation. But the cheap build, major sound leakage, and ineffective noise cancellation are hard to ignore. For casual home listening where leakage isn't an issue, there's something here — but as an all-rounder, the flaws outweigh the strengths. Hard to recommend despite the impressive sound.
