I'm still puzzled that the warranty is already expired. The laptop came in a sealed Lenovo box and looks brand new. It's strange for a new laptop to be out of warranty. I'll give it a month and see how it goes. It works perfectly fine, though it's slower than you'd expect. Still, it's way better than trying to get anything done on Chrome.

I returned this laptop because it was defective. After a system update, a dead pixel appeared — something I've never seen in 30 years of IT work. I strongly advise against buying this. First, the audio is incredibly weak, practically no volume at all. It's unacceptable that Lenovo would ship such a laptop. Second, I had a major Windows 10 hotspot issue that took almost a full day to fix: the laptop connected to my phone's hotspot but had no internet access. After researching, I found it's a known Windows 10 bug, and I had to update the BIOS to resolve it. Third, I can't get the Windows 11 update — not sure if it's the laptop or Microsoft holding back. On the plus side, battery life is excellent, and the keyboard and touchpad feel great. However, the screen has poor viewing angles; you must look straight on or the image washes out white.
