I wasn't thrilled with the packaging – it felt like something was missing, like the manual, but I eventually found it. I ran into a software issue, but Lenovo support helped me sort it out. The warranty expired before the item even shipped, and I had to show proof of purchase to get a one-year warranty from Lenovo.

This is hands down the coolest laptop I've ever owned. It's fast, responsive, and the 10-point multi-touch screen is a joy to use. Battery life is decent for the power it packs, but don't expect all-day endurance. Still, it's a fantastic buy. Folding it into a tablet with that super crisp, PC-like display is amazing. The pen works great for drawing too. The seller shipped it quickly, and I would have gotten it two days early if not for a UPS hiccup — not their fault. Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase.
