I bought this laptop for work, and it's been fantastic. Super fast, great battery life, and very easy to use. Definitely worth the money. A solid choice for anyone needing a reliable daily driver.

1st 8 months OK - french keyboard touchscreen stopped working, and cant use warranty! NO GOOD

The laptop worked great for the first 8 months, but then everything went downhill. First off, the keyboard is not the standard US layout—it's a French keyboard! My escape key says 'Echapp', which was never mentioned in the description. The photos clearly showed a US keyboard. Even after 8 months, I still make typing mistakes because I use US keyboards everywhere else. Then, the touchscreen just stopped working for no reason. I tried resetting the OS and reinstalling drivers—nothing helped. That was my favorite feature and the main reason I bought it. To make things worse, I can't use or extend the warranty because the laptop was shipped from Canada. As a US customer, I'm forced to use the Canadian website, which requires a Canadian billing address. What a disaster!
