Bad touchscreen and bad hinge

The touchscreen is unresponsive and requires a lot of pressure to register inputs. The hinge also feels flimsy and doesn't inspire confidence in long-term durability. I'd give it 3 stars at best.

Decent computer for the price.

So far, I'm really happy with this laptop. It's working just as expected – nice size, pretty thin, and the screen is bright with no dead pixels. There are a few light scratches on the case, but that's totally normal for a refurbished unit.
